How far can I go on a single charge?

You can travel up to 100 kilometers (around 62.1 miles) on a single charge in assist mode.

I’m 5'7" tall. Can I use this bike?

Yes.
Voy electric bike: the recommended height range for riders is 160 cm to 200 cm (around 5' 3" to 6' 6.7").
Voy step-thru electric bike: the recommended height range for riders is 155 cm to 195 cm (around 5' 1" to 6' 4.8").

Can I ride this bike in the rain?

The VEIO Voy and Voy Step-Thru are at IP4 waterproof level. All of the electric components, including the battery pack, are designed to be water-resistant. However, we strongly recommend keeping it indoors on rainy days or in bad weather.

Is the battery removable?

Yes.

Does it have a taillight?

Yes.
The VEIO Voy has a headlight, a taillight and 4 spoke reflectors. The taillight features 3 lighting modes, which can work as both an illumination light and a brake light.
The VEIO Voy Step-Thru has a headlight, a taillight and 4 spoke reflectors. The taillight can work as both an illumination light and a brake light.

How long does it take to fully recharge?

The charging time is 4 to 6 hours.

Does the e-bike come with a display?

Yes. Both the VEIO Voy and Voy Step-Thru come with an LCD dashboard, providing users with real-time updates on speed, trip distance, battery power, etc.

I’m 250lb. Can I ride it?

Yes. The maximum recommended rider weight is 120 kg (around 264.5 lbs) for optimal performance.

What is the maximum load of the luggage holder?

The maximum load of the luggage rack is 25 kg (around 55 lbs).

Is the bike stem adjustable?
